This magazine is circulated twice a year to over 8,000 client contacts within the Construction Industry and is intended to promote the use of drilling and sawing techniques plus the employment of member companies.
The journal is funded through advertising and provides Contractor members with the chance to include case studies featuring specific drilling and sawing jobs.
Newsletters & Bulletins
These are circulated approximately every 2-3 months to all members giving general information on items such as safety, employment, training, card schemes, insurance and any other matters that may be relevant to members in running their businesses.
Draft Policy Documents
These are guideline documents which may be used by members where there is a legal or client requirement to provide this information. They should be adapted by members to suit their own particular requirements. If necessary, legal advice should be sought. Documents are available covering:-

Daywork Rates
Annually the DSA publishes a set of Daywork Rates covering equipment used in the Drilling and Sawing Industry.
Guide to Drilling and Sawing Techniques
This leaflet is a basic guide to the various techniques and applications, intended principally for potential clients and others in the Construction Industry. Available in hard copy and on our website.
Safety Leaflets (Supplier Members)
Leaflets on Diamond Sawing are available at cost to suppliers for issue with their blade sales, and highlight the safety features involved in the use of diamond blades.
Rates of Pay
Annually the DSA publishes information on the Rates of Pay, etc. agreed within the Working Rule Agreement of the Construction Industry Joint Council.
Stolen / Lost Equipment
Where items of equipment are lost or stolen, the DSA can arrange to circulate details to all members and publish information on our website.
